Passport key storage correction 
By default, Passport loads the keys from `Passport::$keyPath`, or if that isn't set, using `storage_path($keyName)`, which returns the path to the tenant's storage instead of the central app's, so we have to set the key path in AppServiceProvider.

I managed to get passport work with this code, not really sure if loadKeysFrom should be in boot method and if overriding passport config is proper way.
